Independent Finance & Realty was set up in 2006 as UAEs’ first mortgage consultancy. In 2017 a management buy-out made a British-Asian family the new share-holders. The company acquired a real-estate license and is now offering a combined solution of properties with mortgages to end-user families.

The company focusses on newly established villa communities. Our current focus is Villa Nova where the company has acquired close to a 100 listings for sale. As for lead generation, company uses Propertyfinder, Dubizzle, Database marketing and social media channels to generate a large number of enquiries on a monthly basis. You will be handed listings as well as leads. With this business model our best consultants generate monthly revenues of Dh 50k+ consistently.

Job Specification:

  • A set of property-owner listings will be handed to you. You will have to manage relationships with the owners
  • New buyer-enquiries will be passed to you every week. Call the buyers and establish a relationship
  • Do property viewings
  • Help the inhouse mortgage team to establish a relationship with the client so a mortgage solution is created
  • Negotiate between buyer and seller till an acceptable agreement is established
  • Organize an MOU between buyer and seller
  • Work with the mortgage team to ensure the mortgage approval and related process are managed
  • Manage the progression from signing of the MOU till transfer
  • Generate at least two referrals from the satisfied client
  • OTE of DH 35,000 per month*-

What we are looking for:

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Proven record of achieving sales targets

– Preferably having 1-3 years experience in the real estate industry

– Willing to join immediately

– Positive and hardworking attitude

– Should have Driving license
