We are looking for a MEP Project Manager – Mechanical Engineer
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN MANAGING LUXURY VILLA PROJECTS IN DUBAI
Our client is a Dubai based design and build contractor specializing in luxury residential projects and they are looking for a MEP Project Manager to join their Dubai team
Requirements:
– Degree in Mechanical Engineering;
– Must have experience in managing luxury villa projects in UAE
– Must have experience working as a site engineer / project manager for a MEP company;
– Must have sound understanding of DEWA and DM requirements for G+1 residential projects;
– Must be proficient in HAP and AutoCAD;
– Proven track record in delivery of luxury villas and refurbishments in prime locations;
– Available for an immediate start.
