We are seeking a multi-talented individual to be a key member of the IT Team in EMEIA. This will be someone who enjoys working in cross-functional projects, to ensure IT aspects are voiced and considered, likes to get their hands dirty with proof-of-concepts, is disciplined to provide weekly status reports and is always looking for areas of improvement.
The successful candidate will work directly with IT teams around them to assist in delivering a first-class learning environment to our Pedagogy friends (essentially our customer) while maintaining strict security and data privacy compliance.
This role will be a liaison point between IT, Operations and Pedagogy teams covering both day-to-day and project activities. The successful candidate should be able to multitask, prioritize work (in line with guidelines), issue reports and recommendations based on cross-function activities, and provide insight in to the technical impact of projects.
Project Management/Co-Ordination experience
Team leadership/management experience (min 3 years)
Software Development experience (scripting, packaging, web and/or app)
macOS and iOS Support experience (min 5 years)
Infrastructure (network and server/services) support experience (min 5 years)
Solid understanding of Mobile Device Management (MDM)
Vendor Management experience
Great communicator to non-technical colleagues
Excellent English, bonus points for Arabic or a European language (speak, read, write)
Liaison between Academy Teams at various sites covering technology needs, issues and projects.
Technical project management of cross-functional projects in the given region
Availability monitoring of all systems and apply the appropriate workflow when something unexpected occurs
Manage the process of development, packaging, notarization, testing and distribution of executables
Provide weekly activity reports for various systems and services
Architect, test, implement and maintain new solutions to benefit services, systems and users
Ensure adherence with government policies, procedures, structure; applicable local, state and federal laws, codes, regulations and ordinances for data collection in various jurisdictions.
