Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in digital advertising media, branded entertainment or digital marketing program management with brands and with media products.
  • Experience in marketing/advertising or program management of technology projects.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in Project management with excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Experience with public communications (e.g., press releases, posts, newsletters, etc.) with excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience developing and managing relationships with stakeholders at all levels across geographies and product areas.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels including executive leadership and C-suite clients. Experience leading cross-functional projects or teams and delivering results through collaboration.

About The Job

gTech’s Product and Tools Operations team (gPTO) leverages deep user, operational, and technical insights to innovate Google’s Ads products into customer experiences that are so intuitive (or automated) that they require no support at all. gPTO partners closely with gTech’s Support, Professional Services, Product Management, and Engineering teams to innovate and simplify our Ads products and build the productivity tools ecosystem for gTech users.

Our solutions are rooted in our technical skill, product expertise, and a thorough understanding of the complex issues we face today. Whether the answer is a bespoke solution to solve a unique problem, or a new tool that can scale across Google, everything we do aims to ensure the world can benefit from the full potential of Google products.

We help our product teams launch sustainability focused features to enable users to take action on waste, build technical solutions with our clients and partners to accelerate their sustainability ambitions, and we support Google’s efforts towards a circular economy by partnering closely with REWS and Global Sustainability team to improve our own operations.

  • Understand the top sustainability trends impacting our clients and identify gTech solutions to help address these challenges.
  • Drive the knowledge and adoption of the top sustainability solutions across regions by working closely with each regional leads.
  • Be the point of contact for gTech Sustainability and help form a Global Positioning System (gPS) sustainability community across all regions to drive best practices and collaboration. Act as a point of contact for the gPS team members to discuss and share knowledge on sustainability challenges and opportunities, and run sustainability communities to engage team members.
  • Craft positioning and messaging to create narratives for gTech Sustainability’s portfolio of sustainability initiatives and solutions.
  • Develop engagement models for cross-functional Google product teams and amplify the story of our technical solutions within each organization.
