Recruitment Sales (Flexi and Full Time Opportunity)
The market leader in Recruitment and Placement of Domestic Workers in the GCC is seeking several key members to join their Dubai or Abu Dhabi office team.
Job Role:
Source families looking for Domestic Workers and provide them with our ethical solutions.
Secure corporate and commercial accounts and provide full recruitment cycle (government visa services, recruitment matching services, and gathering all required documents)
Admin work entailing IT data entry, excel management and collecting and verifying accuracy of employment visas, family passport details etc.
Using the CRM and call center management system to follow up.
This is a commission only role, and offers flexible working hours to suit your family demands.
OTE’s AED 20.000 in the first 3 months rising to AED50,000 if working full time.
Requirements:
Degree Educated
5 Years UAE experience (Relocations, Real Estate, Education, Legal)
Proven Track Record in recruitment sales/targets and KPI’s
Proficient in English/Arabic or English Plus 2nd language
IT literate with excellent typing skills and MS Excel management.
Working knowledge of social media platforms for community discussions and lead generation.
High diplomacy, social kills, ambitious and competitive.
