The Business Development Associate is one of the most crucial and impactful roles in our company and we take great pride in the quality of team members that hold this role. The Business Development Associate will be responsible to own the complete B2B (offices, companies, etc) sales process in order to acquire new accounts from the corporate sector.

Primary responsibilities

  • Build Relations with the key decision makers of corporate accounts and present InstaShop as an alternative to traditional office supply purchasing
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive database of accounts for the U.A.E
  • Find new ways of approaching corporate accounts and convincing them to join InstaShop
  • Assist and cooperate with other Business Development Managers
  • Provide feedback towards improving the applications and the processes of the company
  • Plan, organize, and execute business development programs


  • Superb clarity in communication and commercial awareness
  • Top class persuasive skills
  • Negotiation experience
  • Excellent written, and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Able to quickly adapt and take advantage of seemingly unfavorable
  • Business or engineering related bachelor/masters preferred
