We are looking for an experienced Qualitative Research Manager to join our growing company!

The Research Manager will have the opportunity to design and manage research projects from A-Z for exciting clients across a wide range of industries.
The role involves:
- Taking briefs and writing proposals
- Designing research tools: screeners, discussion guides, stimulus materials
- Managing project set-up logistics
- Attending and moderating fieldwork
- Collaborating with clients and nurturing client relationships
- Analyzing data
- Producing high quality reports
- Presenting results
The hired candidate will also have the opportunity to:

Candidates must have:
- Minimum 3 years work experience in managing qualitative research projects – from design through to reporting
- Eagerness to be hands-on across all aspects of projects
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken) with an excellent command of English
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills
- Experience in the MENA region (a plus)
Salary range: AED 15-20K monthly, commensurate with experience
